The Harvest Table is a family-run business based in KwaZulu-Natal, founded by Catherine Clark. After being diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma at the age of 20, Catherine began the search for high-quality and pure whole foods to incorporate into her diet, but she struggled to find exactly what her and her family needed.
This led her to develop a range of products that would give her family the nutrient dense whole foods she was looking for in a convenient form. She realised that Collagen was an essential nutrient that had been missing from her diet for many years as she did not consume a lot of animal based products. She was starting to experience arthritis from a young age and this was a sign that her body was missing certain important amino acids found in collagen.
