Ingredients
1 cup mint leaves
1/3 cup basil leaves
1/3 cup roughly chopped mixed chillies
1Tbsp crushed garlic
1Tbsp grated ginger
¼ cup olive oil
1Tbsp white wine vinegar
1Tbsp maple syrup
Squeeze of 1/2 lemon
1/4cup water
1 Tbsp Harvest Table Marine Collagen (or collagen of your choice)

Method
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend still well combined.
Serve as an extra kick with with any meal
