1 cup raw cashews soaked overnight
4 x cloves garlic roasted
Pinch of Salt
1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 c water
2 TBPS Harvest Table Maitake Mushroom Booster
1 TBSP fermented turmeric mustard (we use the sprout it brand)


Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until you are satisfied with the consistency and texture.

Enjoy on crackers, toast, as a veggie dip, on a baked potato… be creative and enjoy!
