1. This promotional competition is open to all South African residents who are 18 years or older, in possession of a valid identity document, except any1director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Promoter or the Manufacturer, the marketing service providers or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
2. This promotional competition ends at midnight on 5 August 2022. Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
3. To enter, participants will be required to:
 Purchase one Harvest Table product from the Promoter
 Write their name, email address and contact number on their till slip
 Place the till slip in the Manufacturer entry box
4. Participants may enter as many times as they wish provided that each entry is associated with a separate and unique till slip.6. Any prize not taken up for any reason within 1 month of notification will be forfeited, and a new prize winner will be drawn.
6. All winners will be required to provide their full names and surnames, contact details and to sign an acknowledgment of receipt of the prize.
7. Winners will be selected by means of a random draw and will be notified via email / telephonically by the Promoter or the Manufacturer, where the winner will be required to verify their details. The Promoter or Manufacturer will endeavor to contact the prize winner once every day for 5 consecutive working days after their name is drawn. If the prize winner cannot be contacted during this period, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected in accordance with the rules.
8. The prize will need to be collected directly from the spar that the competition is in.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to name winners publicly. By entering this promotional competition, prize winners agree to the publication of their names by the Promoter or Manufacturer.
10. In your interest, The Harvest Table has done everything reasonably practicable to comply with all the relevant laws that they are subject to. In terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act (4 of 2013), we comply with industry standards when it comes to the collection, storage and protection of your personal information. 11. The Promoter or Manufacturer shall NOT be responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed, incorrect or incomplete entries for any reason whatsoever.
12. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
13. The prize is not exchangeable for cash and are not transferable.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to use the images taken by the winners for publicity purposes in any manner they deem fit, without remuneration being made payable to the winners. However, a winner has the right to object to these images being used by written notification to the Promoter on their Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/myspar/.
15. The Promoter or the Manufacturer shall have the right to change or terminate the promotional competition immediately and without notice, if deemed necessary in their opinion and if circumstances arise outside of their control. In the event of such change or termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they have in respect of this promotional competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter or the Manufacturer or their agents.
16. In the event that the prize is not available despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavors to procure the prize, the Promoter or the Manufacturer reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value.
17. Neither the Promoter or Manufacturer, their agents, their associated companies, nor any directors, officers or employees of such, shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by the participant.
18. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. Participation in the promotional competition constitutes acceptance of the promotional competition rules and participants agree to abide by the rules.
20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Facebook’s Audience Network.
21. All entrants in this Competition release Facebook and its partners from all liabilities, claims and responsibilities arising out of or in connection with this competition and these terms and conditions.
22. This competition is running in Kwikspar Glenore from 24 June – 5 August 2022 and in Nottingham Road Spar from 24 June – 31 July 2022.
