Our Grass-Fed Bone Broth Powder is made from the bones and hides of cattle. It is all natural and contains no fillers, additives or preservatives. It is an excellent source of protein, collagen, essential amino acids and minerals. Bone Broth provides a complete protein source as it contains all 9 essential amino acids including glycine and proline which are the key amino acids for Collagen production. Bone Broth was a way our ancestors made use of every part of an animal. Bones and marrow, skin and feet, tendons and ligaments that you can't eat directly can be boiled and then simmered over a period of days. This simmering causes the bones and ligaments to release healing compounds like collagen, proline, glycine and glutamine that have the power to transform your health. Bone Broth is a great protein source for the whole family and is especially good for people suffering with allergies or joints aches and pains. It is easy to digest and gives your body all of the building blocks it needs to perform optimally. Bone Broth contains minerals in the form that your body can easily absorb: calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, silicon, sulphur and others. Bone Broth is amazing for gut health and should be consumed daily by anyone who suffers from gut issues.

Bone Broth can be added into smoothies or shakes. It is also delicious in cooking. Because it is so gelatinous it clumps when being added into cooking and needs to simmer for 10 to 15 minutes to dissolve. It can be added into soups, stews, curry, pasta sauce, potato or vegetable bakes or gravy. To create a broth for a bone broth detox add 6 to 8 tablespoons to 2 litres of water along with some Himalayan salt, carrots, leeks and onions (or any vegetables of your choice). Simmer for 30 minutes. Let it cool and then strain the liquid. Drink a cup of liquid a few times a day over a period of 1 to 3 days.
