A life changer

I just started the peri-menopause phase and was confronted with a lot of changes, both physically and emotionally in my body. A must have!

In my humblest opinion this product is a must for a woman, trust me you won't regret trying it - I have been using it for a long time now and I feel my moods are better than they were before. I don't experience severe period pains anymore and I sleep so peacefully.

A must have to your supplements!

The first time I took this product I slept so peacefully. I was diagnosed with PCOS and I struggle with insulin resistance. This product not only helped me regulate my cycle but had made me feel light by my belly as I gain weight in that area. I use this product daily with pre and probiotic. I feel so happy about both products and I make sure I order them every month.

Super Impressed

To say I am impressed with this product would be an understatement.
I was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2018 after years of suffering and have always relied on birth control to help my symptoms. In Feb 2024, I made the decision to ditch the birth control and only go the natural route in controlling my hormones.
