What is Hydrolysed Collagen?
Hydrolysed Collagen means the amino-acids are broken down into smaller chains that are more easily absorbed.

Can I use your products while pregnant or breast-feeding?
The only products produced by The Harvest Table that are not recommended for consumption while pregnant or breast-feeding is the Collagen X range and Nutrafy Oil Prone Skin and Nutrafy Uneven Skin Tone. The Astaxanthin contained in this product is an extraordinarily strong antioxidant and the safety of this product has not been tested for use while pregnant or breast-feeding. All other products are completely safe as they are food-based products with no additives, flavourings or colourants added.

Does it have a flavour?
No, this product is virtually tasteless although some people may detect a slight odour.

How much collagen does each serving contain?
Each 16g serving contains at least 15g (15,000mg) of collagen.

Do I have to take 2 full tablespoons daily?
We recommend that you take at least 2 tablespoons daily to feel the maximum benefits. Many people prefer taking even more than this daily.

How quickly will I see results?
Most people see results within three months but some people feel a difference within the first few weeks. If you don't see a result within this time then review your dosage and ensure that you take the product consistently.

What is collagen loading?
This is when you take at least 2 tablespoons 3 times a day for 30 days.

Could I be allergic to collagen?
Collagen is very hypoallergenic but some people do feel bloated when they start taking it. We recommend that you reduce your dose and build it back up slowly to give your body time to adjust.

Is collagen safe for children?
Although Collagen is only necessary to supplement from the age of 25 it is perfectly safe for children to use and some children benefit from having this good quality protein added into their diets.

Does collagen assist with weight loss?

Great quality & quantity

Hi, I’m a 1st time purchaser of The Harvest Table. Their collagen was recommended by my personal trainer as she raved that all the ingredients are easily identifiable and it is one of the few halaal collagens available.

It goes great with yogurt, green tea, protein shake etc but I wouldn’t take it just with water, the “tasteless” taste is not great on my pallet.

I still haven’t finished my pack yet & I take it once a day 5 times a week. It’s been at least 3 weeks since receiving it.

I had a great delivery seen with the team, as they personally delivered it as when one of the drivers noted my address was local.

Excellent product. I’ve been taking collagen for a couple of years and it definitely helps with discomfort and pain my finger and shoulder joints. It also speeds nail growth. A Must Have!

This product is amazing.

I started using this product about a year ago after my friend told me about it. My hair and nails are stronger than ever. After all the years of dying my hair its back to its natural state. you can put it in hot drink witch is great because it has no taste. I just love this product.

Years of goodness!

We’ve been using the granules for years, we absolutely love this product! My hair, skin & nails are the more obvious sign of them “working”. But I can feel overall the positive impact this has on me! I won’t go a day without these! I put 2 tablespoons in me hot drink atleast once a day! There is no taste at all!!

I love this product, it is quite cut above other collagen powders as it's so easily mixed into my first cup of coffee without hassle.

first week of using i saw a change on my skin as a whole i gained more complexion and my skin had that non stop glow and it was very smooth like a baby's skin .....so much complement about my beautiful i got fom people. Best ever!

This is the best decision I ever made. I have and never will use any other collegen. I drink it in my coffee, every morning, it has replaced the idea of adding sugar and although it is tasteless, it is just not the same without the collegen. Whenever I make coffee for my partner (over weekends), I also add to his. The only way he noticed is having to go to the throne a few minutes later. I am so happy with this product as I had IBS for most of my life and feeling bloated and constipated, wore me down. This is my life saver. I am more regular, almost normal, with a good gut and "no-sugar-in-my-coffee" lifestyle, I thank you from the bottum of my heart for your innovative and awesome products!
