The Harvest Table is an online store in the health industry that provides health foods and other health related products.

Agreement of Sale

An agreement of sale between The Harvest Table and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Up until this point all goods remain the property of The Harvest Table.

Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within two working days.

All orders will be dispatched via one of our delivery partners.

You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

Free shipping over R800 is applied after any discounts.

Return and Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services by The Harvest Table is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, The Harvest Table will contact you with options

An order can be cancelled if payment for the order has not been made yet by the customer. Once payment has been made for an order by the customer, the order can only be cancelled at The Harvest Table’s discretion and only before the order has been dispatched by The Harvest Table.

If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform The Harvest Table within one working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.

All products are sold with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with a product that you received with your order, you can contact us within 7 days of receipt with the reason of dissatisfaction. If the product is in its original sealed state we will issue a return number and a return delivery address. Shipping costs for the return will be for your account. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original sealed state, we will refund you the value of the product. If you have opened and/or used the product and are not satisfied, we are unable to assist with a credit for the product.

If you receive the wrong product you must contact The Harvest Table within one working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick we will arrange to swap the ‘wrong’ product for the one actually ordered on our account.

Customer Privacy Policy

The Harvest Table shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded here

The Harvest Table respects your privacy. This means that any and all of the personal information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will only be used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. Payment Options Accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into The Harvest Table’s bank account, the details of which will be provided during the checkout process.

Credit Card Acquiring and Security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for The Harvest Table via Payfast who use the strictest forms of encryption.

Customer Details Separate from Card Details

Customer details will be stored by The Harvest Table separately from card details which are entered by the customer on the Payfast secure payment terminal. For more detail on Payfast visit the Payfast website.

Merchant outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility

The Harvest Table takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Use of the Website

This site may be used by customers to browse the content and products and to make legitimate purchases. Persons may not use this site for any purposes such as fraudulent or speculative transactions or to copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute any of the images or content available on the site.

Subscriptions

All of the clauses above relate both to once off purchases as well as subscriptions.
Subscriptions run for a minimum of 3 months and need to be cancelled 3 days prior to the subscription date after the 3 month period has elapsed in order for the subscription to be cancelled.

Discount codes/Vouchers

Discount codes and/or vouchers can be applied at checkout. Please note that discount codes or vouchers do not apply to products already discounted or any subscription products. You cannot apply more than one discount code to your basket.

Country of Domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and The Harvest Table chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature: Unit 1, 8 Reed Place, Maxmead, 3610.

Variation

The Harvest Table may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
