I bought this product for my 90 year old mother in law as she is unable to swallow tablets & suffers severe cramps in her legs & sleeps poorly.
The fact that these are sachets that dissolve is absolutely perfect & she looks forward to her daily dose of "berry juice". We are sure the product helps a lot.
