Can I use this as a dairy alternative if I am allergic to
dairy?
No, the product contains sodium caseinate which is a dairy
derivative. There is no lactose so it is suitable for customers who are lactose
intolerant, but not for customers who have a dairy allergen.
Could I be allergic to collagen?
Collagen is very hypoallergenic but some people do feel bloated when they start taking it. We recommend that you reduce your dose and build it back up slowly to give your body time to adjust.
Can I use your products while pregnant or breast-feeding?
The only products produced by The Harvest Table that is not recommended for consumption while pregnant or breast-feeding is the Collagen X range. The Astaxanthin contained in this product is an extraordinarily strong antioxidant and the safety of this product has not been tested for use while pregnant or breast-feeding. All other products are completely safe as they are food-based products with no additives, flavourings or colourants added.Â
Is collagen safe for children?Â
Although Collagen is only necessary to supplement from the age of 25 it is perfectly safe for children to use and some children benefit from having this good quality protein added into their diets.Â

I have been using Harvest Tables collagen and various other products for a few years now, and I absolutely prefer it and love it compared to other collagens and products I've used. I generally have joint problems, especially my knees, and since using these products, I have had no issues at all. I can run up the stairs now where before I could barely climb the stairs! I will continue purchasing from Harvest Table till my last breath! I order directly online and my products arrive in lightning speed with no hassles and never any delays!! An absolute winner! It blends well with my morning coffee. I've also noticed that it keeps the appetite at bay (must be the MCT oil) and there's been a significant improvement in my joint mobility, especially my left ankle which has an old injury. Oh and my hairdresser says there's more hair!

Hi all at Harvest Table, our whole family, Mom, Dad and 3 adult girls, all take the Collagen creamer in their first coffee in the morning. It truly tastes great and gives us our dose of collagen and MCT Oil, which is part of a daily routine for all of us. Of course the multi collagen capsules also add to the collagen intake, but as long as we have our Collagen creamer we are good to go. Love, love, love it.

This is honestly the best collagen creamer I’ve ever had. I’ve tried other brands and they don’t even come close. Some brands need double the amount to get the same creaminess, so it’s really good value for money. It dissolves easily and tastes amazing, leaving no weird flavours behind. It’s my coffees best friend and can be added to absolutely everything you need a little more creamy. The quality and care that goes into The Harvest Table products is on another level.

We used to take MCT oil in our coffee in the morning, now we can just use the creamer with the mct oil, it tastes good and gives our coffee a lovely creamy flavour. Also only been taking for a month, so will continue and report back.
