No, this is not intended to replace any meals but rather to

Is it suitable for someone with a dairy/cow’s milk

No. It contains dairy in the form of Buttermilk, whey
concentrate is also not suitable

How many times a day should I use it?
We recommend a single serving (4 Tbsp) daily enjoyed with a
large glass of water or milk of your choice.

Does this product have a flavour?
Yes, you can choose a vanilla or chocolate flavoured shake

Can I add this to my coffee?
No. This product is not tasteless and heat destroys some
vitamins and minerals.

Does this replace my usual daily collagen?
While the shake does contain collagen, it only contains 3-4g
per serving so we recommend topping up to reach your recommended two
tablespoons a day.

Does this replace a pregnancy multivitamin?
No, this is not intended to replace any prenatal vitamins
but rather to supplement a balanced diet.

Requirements of certain vitamins and minerals during
