This is my first time taking collagen. Have only taken it for a month so far but plan to take it for 4 months and then evaluate if I see a difference. Easy to take the 5 capsules a day. I keep the bottle next to my bed and take 3 in the morning and 2 just before going to bed. Easy because it doesn’t need to be taken with food.

I am pleased with the improvement, i’ve noticed by taking these capsules, alternating it with Multi collagen granules. I’ve had an injury on my left shoulder, few days after taking them the pain was gone and could use my arm in full capacity.
I do recommend these products to anyone. I am looking forward to see benefits on my hair. I have beautiful skin prior taking collagen, this will give me an extra glow. Giving it 5*

I've been taking Advanced Collagen Capsules for approximately a year now. People compliment me on my skin often (I'm 58 with no botox!) I'm sure it is helping with my joint pain too. Plus is it user-friendly - just 5 tablets a day.

I have used the collagen granules but I felt like I didnt get the benefit due to fact that the measurement was maybe not right or enough.
I have used the 5x capsules per day for last 3 months and I see a huge difference. I think I get the right dosage in everyday and just so much easier to swallow the capsules and be done.
No more unpleasant tasting granules that sticks to the side of glass or cups etc.
