Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) 200 mg; Quercetin 50 mg; Zinc (zinc bisglycinate) 15 mg; Selenium (selenomethionine) 27.5 µg; Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 25 µg (1000 I.U.).

Inactive Ingredients: Bamboo extract (Bambusa vulgaris Schrad.), Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Microcrystalline cellulose, Stearic acid

Directions
Adults: Take one (1) capsule daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Children: Not recommended for use in children under the age of 18 years.
