Type I collagen: Provides tensile strength to tissue and is the most abundant type of collagen in the body. It is found in skin, tendons, bones, and teeth.
Type III collagen: Helps to support the structure of skin, muscles, and blood vessels. It is important for maintaining the elasticity and firmness of the skin.
Type V collagen: Helps to regulate the assembly and organisation of collagen fibres in tissue. It plays a role in wound healing and tissue repair.
Type X collagen: Plays a key role in the formation and mineralisation of bones. It is important for the growth and development of skeletal tissue.
Vitamin C and Zinc for Skin Health:

It has the dreaded bovine smell and taste and my only mixer is coffee which I have to let cool down for the sensitive ingredients to remain stable. It's a mixed bag, but I will use it long term as I give my body a complete overhaul. I will return to update my review.

It's not long that I have used this product. I've observed that one glows when one drink it. When not, the glow is not there. I will continue to monitor this. I am also hoping my mouth wrinkles will disappear as well as my pigmentation. Otherwise knee wise I am strong. I still jog pain-free. Thanks. Please come back to me.

I have been using Harvest Tables collagen and various other products for a few years now, and I absolutely prefer it and love it compared to other collagens and products I've used. I've really been enjoying this collagen. I've been taking it daily in the mornings with juice and sometimes energy drinks (when needed-I have busy days) and it dissolves nicely and you can hardly taste it. I don't think I can do without it.

Always used it in my morning coffee but learned that i should not because of the heat and vit C, started using it in juice which made it more difficult to remember to drink since i don't do juice as early.
