Each capsule contains:
Curcuma longa L (BCM-95™ turmeric)
25:1 extract (rhizome) 250mg (standardised to contain 95 % curcuminoids with Ar-Turmerone)
Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr. (AKBAMAX™ boswellia) extract (resin) 250mg (standardised to contain 45 % boswellic acids of which 10 % AKBA)
Zingiber officinale (ginger) extract 100mg (rhizome) (standardised to contain
5 % gingerol)

Directions:
Adults and children over 12 years:
For the first week, take 2 to 4 capsules per day with food. After the first week, take 1 capsule twice daily with food or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Avoid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Consult with a healthcare provider before concomitant use with Sulfasalazine, anticoagulant, antiplatelet and antidiabetic medication.
