Our Multi Collagen Powder provides all the benefits of type I, II and III collagens in their ideal ratios. This will ensure optimum results in terms of strong hair and nails, glowing skin, reduced joint aches and a healthy gut. Our Multi Collagen Powder has a slightly stronger flavour profile and requires a little agitation to dissolve.

Serving size
12 g (2 TBS)
We suggest a serving of at least 2 tablespoons a day for optimum health and wellbeing. The Harvest Table Multi Collagen can be added into smoothies and shakes. It is also suitable for cooking or even baking. Although it has a slightly stronger flavour it may be masked in coffee. We suggest first adding the powder to your mug, then adding boiling water while stirring.
What is Collagen Powder?
This is a powdered protein containing large amounts of the amino acids proline and glycine which assist with building strong skin, hair, nails, bones, joints, ligaments and gut lining.
Can I use your products while pregnant or breast-feeding?
The only products produced by The Harvest Table that are not recommended for consumption while pregnant or breast-feeding is the Nutrafy Oil Prone Skin and Nutrafy Uneven Skin Tone. All other products are completely safe as they are food-based products with no additives, flavourings or colourants added.
What is Multi collagen?
The Harvest Table's multi collagen contains type I, II and III collagen from bovine, marine and chicken source. Each type of collagen does a slightly different thing in the body and by combining the three you receive maximum benefit. Type II collagen is especially helpful for those with joint issues.

How much collagen does each serving contain?
Each 16g serving contains at least 15g (15,000mg) of collagen.
Do I have to take 2 full tablespoons daily?
We recommend that you take at least 2 tablespoons daily to feel the maximum benefits. Many people prefer taking even more than this daily.
How quickly will I see results?
Most people see results within three months but some people feel a difference within the first few weeks. If you don't see a result within this time then review your dosage and ensure that you take the product consistently.
What is collagen loading?
This is when you take at least 2 tablespoons 3 times a day for 30 days.
Could I be allergic to collagen?
Collagen is very hypoallergenic but some people do feel bloated when they start taking it. We recommend that you reduce your dose and build it back up slowly to give your body time to adjust.
Is collagen safe for children?
Although Collagen is only necessary to supplement from the age of 25 it is perfectly safe for children to use and some children benefit from having this good quality protein added into their diets.
Does collagen assist with weight loss?

Have been taking this collagen for a about 8 months now and I will never use another collagen other than this one. My hair has grown double the amount it usually grows every month. My skin is glowy and supple. My nails have become so healthy and strong. Was using the type I & III granules before which were great. Wanted to add type II. Although they say the powder may have a slightly stronger taste and dissolve slow, it just as easy and no weird taste. Since using harvest table collagen powder in my smoothies or cacao (no sugar as collagen isn't as effective with sugar) my hair has stopped falling out. I started taking the multi Collagen powder last month, the results are amazing. My hair and skin use to be such a problem but since taking this I have glowing, clear skin and my hair texture has improved a lot. I had a major problem with my knees, I use to be in costant pain, I had trouble walking up and down stairs, I am now able to even run up and down stairs and I am pain free. Love this product. I am so grateful for the results.

I have used this product before and I put the Multi Collagen Powder in my coffee as it can take heat, it doesn’t change the taste of my coffee and I get my coffee and collagen fix all in one! Collagen powder has improved my overall health considerably!

Been using The Harvest Table - Multi Collagen Powder since 2021 every morning with my coffee and the incredible change to my skin (texture, wrinkles, overall appearance); my nails (growing so much quicker and stronger); my hair - so much healthier, growing so quickly, softer and so much stronger! I use my collagen every morning in my coffee! It actually makes it a bit foamy and creamy which is great. I have found it has helped my knee injuries and my joint pain is more bearable. It has also helped my hair, nails and skin!
