Santa Anna's Organic Taco Shells

Our Organic Corn Taco Shells begin as our chips do, transforming masa into 14cm tortillas. These are then shaped into the iconic taco form and par-fried in organic coconut oil. Known in Mexico as 'taco dorado’s', these crispy shells are a staple in any taco lover’s pantry. Pre-cooked for convenience, they just need a quick oven heat-up before being ready to stuff with your favourite fillings. Perfect for Taco Tuesdays!

Ingredients:
Organic Corn, Organic Vegetable Oil (Coconut), Water, Salt, Calcium Hydroxide. 

Directions:
Preheat your oven at 180 degrees celsius. Open your taco shells and place them open side down on a baking sheet. Bake for 3 - 5 minutes in the middle of the oven till extra crispy.
Fill in whatever you crave for and add more flavour with Santa Anna’s Tomato & Red Pepper Salsa, Habanero & Pineapple Salsa or Smoky Chipotle Salsa.
